SHELBYVILLE, Ind. — Police are investigating the death of a California man at the Indiana Live Casino in Shelbyville. Dilbag Singh had been arrested for public intoxication about 12:30 a.m. Thursday. He collapsed as officers were taking him to the gaming police office.
