American Canyon’s cardroom may be taxed $2 per customer, per the American Canyon City Council’s split vote Tuesday. But the tax, which city voters may consider Nov. 2, will not be imposed if city and Napa Valley Casino representatives reach a separate agreement before the fall elections.
