State-appointed trustee Anthony F. Ceddia, testifying Thursday before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, said the casino faced ”significant  liquidity challenges” over the next few weeks and needed DeNaples’ money to pay pending real estate tax bills to the Pocono Mountain School District, along with the casino’s local share disbursement.
